Shipping Schedule
We have regular monthly shipments between Sydney and Colombo, with additional shipments added during peak period including major holidays such as Sinhalese Tamil New Year, Tamil Thai Pongal Day, Eid, Diwali Christmas, New Year. Standard Box
We provide a standard heavy duty tea-chest sized box (420mm L x 420 mm W x 600mm H. These durable boxes can be purchased from our warehouse, collection points and vendors for $10 per box. Similar boxes can also be purchased at local stores such as bunnings. Please ensure boxes purchased elsewhere are durable to ensure the safety of your cargo.

To ensure the safety of your cargo and our staff please keep in mind of the weight of box and limit to 35kg
We understand that not everything you wish to send is able to fit in a standard box. We send cargo in all shapes and sizes so if you have specialty items such as furniture, flat packing etc, we charge per cubic metre and weight.
Packaging your box
Packing your box correctly is super important. Why? Well, when shipping overseas, the cargo goes through various stages, a major one being through customs into another country. On occasions random checking may happen and boxes will get moved around and checked by authorities. To ensure your cargo is received in the same condition as it was sent, it is important you pack mindfully to avoid any damage as we have no control over these circumstances. See below for guidance. As always our in-house packaging team can assist with any packaging needs you may require.
HOW TO PACK :
- Ensure heaviest items are placed at the bottom of box
- Bottles and items with nozzles or openings are taped shut
- Any fragile or high value items are bubble wrapped and taped (we can do this for you upon request for a small fee). Please notify us too.
- Boxes are durable and heavy duty
- Boxes are taped well and secure
- Ensure all details are clearly written on box (including BL/ reference number)
- Do not over-pack and squeeze as this can cause items to break easily during checks and transit

PROHIBITED ITEMS :
- Perishable items such as fresh produce and animal products
- Flammable, toxic or explosive items
- Weapons
- Alcohol, tobacco and illegal substances of any kind
If found, items will be confiscated, and shipper will be prosecuted. If you are unsure please let one of our staff know.

Potential Customs Charges
Commercial Tax
This tax is for any good that is present more than 5 times in 1 shipment. That means you cannot put in the same product more than 5 times per shipment without tax (shipment refers to combined amount of boxes).
Electrical Items
Sri Lankan customs will charge a tax for any electrical item with a value over $75. This includes mobiles, TV's and white goods such as fridges etc.
Vitamins
If you are sending more than 400 capsules per shipment you will receive a tax from customs.
